At Zwift, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your hardware or apparel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned to activate your return status.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
